Timing

Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of your first appointment to change and relax before your service.

Cancellation Policy

All team members of Lanphier Day Spa & Salon values your time! In return – we ask the same! If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for 24-hour notice. If you will continue canceling appointments the last minute or will chose to miss your appointment without any notice, Lanphier Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to ask for advanced deposit to book your next appointment.

Children in the Spa

We love Kids! However, with hot tools present, we ask that your child would always be under your supervision, and not wander around the facility. Children are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service.

Payment by Check

Lanphier Salon & Spa does not accept payment by a check.

Cash Back Policy

We do not accept money over exact amount on credit cards and checks. For your convenience we have an ATM machine on premises.

Pricing Structure

Lanphier strives for excellence in everything that we do. We take great pride in our work and offer exceptional service to each of our guests. Our services listed reflects our entry level. Pricing varies based on the demand of service providers time and their experience. In some services, the amount of product used and/or the time needed to complete the service.

Promotions

Any promotional offers, discounts or incentives may only be used one per visit. They have no cash value and are non-transferable. All offers are intended to be used for the specific offer and the person intended.

Personal / Lost Possessions

While at the spa, we will provide you with robe for you to change into to ensure you do not damage your clothes or get it stained. Please NOTE – we are not responsible for any lost, left behind, or stolen items of any type.

Service Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your service, we will gladly take every effort to make you happy within one week from your service day. We reserve the right to view any service that is unsatisfactory to you, find out the necessary details, and be given the opportunity to correct it by whatever means we feel will be best for the integrity of the hair/skin/nail at that moment in time.

Online Orders & Product Shipping

In-stock orders are processed within 24-48 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and major holidays. If a product is not in stock / backordered, you will be notified. Once orders are processed it cannot be altered in any way. This includes billing, shipping, and product order. Shipping cost on orders are calculated when address is entered at checkout. We offer flat Standing Shipping that is shipped via USPS (3 to 5 days in the US). All online sales can be picked up at our Darien, Connecticut location or shipped to your home or business.

We ship inside the United States and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, South Korea, Singapore, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. All online orders are shipped with a tracking number that will be emailed to you. International orders are shipped with $100 to $200 of insurance. The international orders will include a customs declaration form.

Return and Refund Policy

We use and sell only professional products. If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging
  • Returned items must not have any sign of wear or use
  • Due to hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of open or used products.

To initiate a return or exchange, please Contact Us:

  • Mail us the product and copy of the receipt.  Buyer is responsible for shipping fees to send product to Lanphier, 20 West Avenue, Darien, CT 06820, USA.
  • Upon receipt of the product, we will promptly process the refund or exchange

Your payment and personal information is always safe. However Lanphier Day Spa & Salon reserves the right to disclose any information in our possession for the following reasons: if required to do so by law, protect or defend our rights or property, and to respond to an emergency situation. Lanphier Day Spa & Salon respects your privacy and will not share, distribute or sell any information we collect including e-mail addresses.

NOTE: Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address when placing your order. Lanphier Day Spa & Salon is not responsible for e-mail addresses entered incorrectly. We cannot be held responsible in case you do not check your e-mail often, as this is how we will communicate information regarding your order(s).
