COVID-19 PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

We are Excited to See Your Smile Again!

As we’ve done throughout this past 2 years, we continue to remain informed, ready to adapt, and compliant with evolving State and CDC COVID-19 protocols. As of March 1, 2022 – face masks at LANPHIER are optional.

As we transition back toward normalcy, everyone’s comfort levels will vary, and we will respect that.

As always, we will continue to be ready to adapt and comply with evolving State and CDC protocols to provide a safe experience for our guests; and we will continue to keep you informed as to any changes.

We would like to thank you for your understanding, compassion, and compliance with our COVID-19 protocols as we carefully and responsibly progress through this process.

HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR NEXT VISIT

If on the day of the appointment you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, PLEASE call us to reschedule your appointment.

If you will arrive early, we ask you to wait outside in your vehicle until your appointment time or call us.

Everyone coming to LANPHIER must wear a facemask.
Facemask is mandatory!

Upon your arrival we will ask you to answer some COVID-19 related questions and take your temperature.

Spacing between our guests will be arranged to be at least six feet apart.

Children, who need to be accompanied by a parent, can only be serviced Monday – Wednesday.

We are not serving any drinks and there are no magazines around at this time. It's ok to bring your laptop or tablet. We will provide code for Wi-Fi access.

For everyone’s safety we will be using contactless payment processing.

Please use the main entrance to ENTER the building and side entrance to EXIT the building. Unless you have trouble or cannot walk down the stairs.

While shopping in our retail area – please DO NOT touch items that you are not planning to buy.

Please leave your personal belongings in the car. If possible do not bring your bag.

LANPHIER Management completed inspection with Darien Heath Department prior to re-opening to make sure that all protocols are in place as it was suggested per CDC guidelines.

LANPHIER received re-opening badge and got certified in disinfecting practices consistent with the current and highest industry standards.

LANPHIER Salon expanded! During the closing LANPHIER added an additional hair coloring room with 8 coloring chairs and 4 shampoo chairs. Now at LANPHIER location there are TOTAL of:

- 19 Styling Stations
- 18 Hair Coloring Stations
- 12 Hair Shampoo Stations

Before re-opening all vents and air ducts were professionally cleaned and disinfected.

In hair styling and coloring department towel racks were redesigned that towels would be stored in the closed cabinets as guidelines suggested.

All service providers underwent training and certification in disinfecting practices.

Wood flooring was replaced to the NEW porcelain floor for easier cleaning and disinfection.

For everyone’s safety, we started operating in phases, with fewer service providers and fewer service offerings.

LANPHIER is currently operating at 50-75% capacity with enhanced safety protocols.

We hired additional supporting staff to ensure that all the protocols are followed, and everything is disinfected throughout the day after each service.

Disinfecting:

During business hours all surfaces, powder rooms and door handles will be cleaned and disinfected constantly.

All powder rooms will have hand soap and disposable paper napkins to wash and towel dry your hands.
