I booked the 90-minute hot stone massage with Peter at Lanphier Day Spa (Darien, CT). I was completely worn out from traveling and sitting for long periods—Peter’s work on my back was truly outstanding. He applied the perfect balance of pressure and warmth; the stones alleviated tightness and melted away tension. I felt dramatically more relaxed, refreshed, and mobile afterward. The spa environment was serene and welcoming, which enhanced the entire experience. I highly recommend Peter—and Lanphier—for anyone needing serious relief and relaxation.
